These Terms cover the Website only. If you become a KiwiONE client, your use of the KiwiONE platform is governed by the KiwiONE Client Service Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, which will be provided to you before you sign up.

You may use the Website to learn about KiwiONE's services, request a demo, and contact us.

You must not:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the Website's operation, including by introducing malware or performing load or penetration testing without written permission
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Website content for commercial purposes without our written consent

3. Demo Requests and SMS

When you request a demo through the Website, you provide your name and mobile number so we can send you a demonstration of the KiwiONE service, which may include SMS messages sent to the number you provide.

By submitting a demo request, you consent to receiving these demo-related SMS messages and follow-up communications about KiwiONE. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or emailing us at kiwione.co@gmail.com.

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) in relation to all electronic communications.

4. Pricing and Product Information

Pricing, features, and service descriptions on the Website are provided in good faith as general information and are current as at the "Last updated" date of the relevant page. They do not constitute a binding offer.

The price, inclusions, and terms that apply to you as a client are those set out in your Client Service Agreement at the time you sign it. We may change Website pricing and features at any time without notice; changes do not affect existing signed agreements.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
